Two for the show

The band finally had to prove they could do it all live. As a fantastic live band Kansas went from clubs to stadiums fast. This set is the best of kansas at the peak of their Classic Line up

.

Monolith

Probably my least favorite of the albums produced by the original lineup. The production was weak and the songs not nearly as crafty. An excellent concept work though.

Audio Visions

A little of the hard edge returns for the last album to feature the classic line up for the next 20 years. Some good songs and great playing and a really disco album cover.

Drastic Measures and Vinyl Confessions
were two albums without Steve Walsh. The albums are not bad but not great either. Even with Kerry Livgrens great talent as a songwriter these albums were weak. They did produce the hits PLAY THE GAME TONIGHT and FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE.
