YESSONGS:
1973-Anderson, Squire, Wakeman, Howe,Bruford / White
To the shock
of fans and the band Bruford left the band after CLOSE TO THE
EDGE. He was replaced by Alan White. The next album was a triple
lp live set. It is a bit more raw than the studio recordings and
is a good way to find out if you like the early material. It includes
almost all of THE YES ALBUM, FRAGILE and CLOSE TO THE EDGE.

TALES FROM
TOPOGRAPHIC OCEANS: 1973
Anderson, Squire, Wakeman, Howe, White
On the original
LP there were 4 sides and 4 songs. This album is for the didicated
fan. While the music is great it has some definate weak spots.
A true YES fan will love it while others may simply say "HOW
CAN YOU LISTEN TO THAT STUFF?" Pink Floyd had The Wall, Genesis
had The Lamb, The Who had Tommy and Quad.......Yes had Tales.

RELAYER:
1974-Anderson, Squire, Moraz, Howe, White
Patrick Moraz replaces Rick Wakeman on this album which is also
only for the dedicated YES fan. Featuring only 3 songs this album
is highly progressive, agressive and insane. And I happen to Love
it. The Gates of Delirium is one of the classic epics of this era
in YES' history.

YESTERDAYS:
1975
Anderson, Squire, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe, Banks, Kaye
Simply a retrospective
of the first two albums plus unreleased tracks DEAR FATHER and
a progressive reworking of PAUL SIMON'S AMERICA.

GOING FOR
THE ONE: 1977-Anderson, Squire, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe
Wakeman returns
and so does YES. The music here is more accessable to a wider
audience but also could possibly be the best YES album of them
all. Featuring the track AWAKEN I really feel I don't need to
say any more. Probably the best YES song ever written. Everything
on this album is just what your ears want to hear.
