his first Solo project in the late 1990's and decided to call it VICTOR.
It was a hard one to find because a lot of people search for his name
and you don;t find the album. This is a great album. While it has rush
elements it does not sound like rush. It is filled with vocal and instrumental
tracks and is definately worth it to any rush fan.

his first solo project more recently. My Favorite
Headache sounds a lot more like a rush album than does Victor.
In fact if you don't know what to look for you might just think it is
rush. I found the album to be better than test for echo and I consider
it a must for rush fans.
