After Peter Gabriel left Genesis and they released "trick of the tale" to great reviews he realized he had to get an album out. His first album, lik the next two to follow were all self titled and all had completely different styles. He has continued to expand his styles of music and has soundtracked films such as Birdy and The Last Temptation of Christ. Click here for reviews

For some Phil Collins is the guy who destroyed genesis by taking them pop and to others he is the man go gave the band new life. His solo projects are very pop but do have some interesting material as well as guest artists like Eric Clapton. For reviews click here.

Mike Rutherford put out two solo albums before forming Mike and the Mechanics. His First album, Smallcreeps day, was brilliant.

Tony Banks has not nad the sucess of Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, or Mike Rutherford yet his solo albums, with a few exceptions, are quite good.

Steve Hackett is one of the most interesting guitarists I have ever heard. With more solo albums than there are Genesis Albums he spans his style from the very progressive to classical and acoustic. Click here for reviews.
