Smallcreeps day was and in my opinion still is the best solo effort from Mike Rutherford. It is very much like a Genesis album aound the 1978-1980 era. Great vocals by noel McCalla (unlike his second album where he dicided to sing) and guests like ant phillips Simon Phillips and Morris Pert..

The first Mike and the Mechanics album was great. I personally never liked any of the others so this is the only one I list here. One track is penned by banks, collins rutherford. The album is definite popish but has more feeling than some of the others.
