After disbanding in 1985 Andrew Latimer Formed camel Productions and decided to put out albums without the restraints of the Record label restrictions. DUST AND DREAMS is a concept album about John Steinbecks book THE GRAPES OF WRATH. It's a good album with good melodies and harmonies and that camel feel to it. Worth Supporting just to support the fact that the band went private.

After a tour and a live abum (Never let go) Camel Released HARBOUR OF TEARS. A personal concept album from Latimer full of feeling but to be honest, musically it doesn't do it for me. Its a good effort but it could have been better.

Rajaz is a good album and Camels first of the new millenium.. More instrumentals and playing. Not a concept album, just a good piece of music. THIS CD IS ENCODED IN HDCD. YOU DO NOT NEED A HDCD READER TO PLAY HDCD DISCS.

A NOD AND A WINK

The latest camel album 2002. I think better than HARBOUR OF TEARS maybe not as good as RAJAZ. However it is very solid recording. Like Rajaz it is in HDCD and has elements that are similar to classic old genesis, like part of the lamb lies down on broadway.
